My oven could handle ...So ended up picking this up. My oven could handle a 20x15 inch sheet, so I ended up having them cut it in half and give me two 10x15 steel plates, which they were happy to do. Vast improvement on my old setup, take a look below. Came out to be about 50 bucks for my larger sheet, well worth it. The first pizza usually turns out OK, but very little browning beyond that. Good to know where to find one locally, been meaning to upgrade.
